This book sounds like a fantastic read, thanks for the full and thorough review, I’m definitely adding it to my library queue I find it incredibly helpful to read in depth books about the places I travel, it makes a better traveler to be informed!

@Susan ~ Last I had heard, it was banned in Kenya, so thank you for clarifying that point. I’m glad to hear that it is now available in the country.
