Simon sounds like as much of an experience as a restaurant; there's a sense of whimsy here that is appealing. Pajamas, really? And you can go hang out in the pool and come back for more? Dear God, that sounds like heaven. This place is going on my list for my next trip. Thanks!

JoAnna, this article is so incredibly well-written.
