I Love Las Vegas FAO SchwarzRemember that scene in Big where Tom Hanks made music on the oversized keyboard? Now it’s your turn!

Everyone knows that Las Vegas is about having fun, but this is where you get to be a big kid in an otherwise adult-oriented city.

Go ahead … let your inner child run free! At FAO Schwarz in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, it’s possible and recommended.

A 47-foot high trojan horse greets visitors at the store’s entrance, and three stories worth of stuffed animals, games, puzzles, candy, action figures, dolls and more amount to hours of fun inside.

The first floor of FAO Schwarz is primarily cluttered with touchables (think huggable hippos and fluff-filled bears) and a special section dedicated to bear collectors. You can see authentic Steiff bears in the back corner near the escalator.

Make your way into the land of make believe on the second floor, where you will find dolls galore. Both children and collectors will be delighted by the overwhelming selections. If action is more your style, find your way to the video game arcade and all the latest in action fictions here as well. Watch your feet … you never know when a remote-controlled car will motor by!

I Love Las Vegas FAO SchwarzTake a skateboard for a ride and find creative ways to play on the store’s third floor. The name of the game here is more action equals more fun.

Give yourself time in FAO Schwarz. This isn’t a store to run through, even if you’ve been here before. Exploring new toys, the latest video games and bins overflowing with unique new flavors can quickly take up an entire afternoon. Treat yourself … you might lose money elsewhere in Las Vegas, but everyone is a winner here!
